Fly Buys/ Huggies

Can someone please tell me how I'm supposed to collect my 1000 flybuys points? I purchased Huggies nappies in August and was supposed to receive 1000 points.
When I phoned fly buys they said it wasn't their promotion and if I can tell them where I got the info from they will look into it.
I can't remember if it was something online or if it was a coupon or just mailed to me!
Can any one help with this weird query?

Thanks for the link. I actually did get that one as well and got my $10 off.

The deal in August was that if you bought the nappies then you were given 1000 points.
