Flight radar tracking

This question has probabely been asked before but what would be a good flight radar tracking website as i have a son heading to Bali in a couple of days and a daughter heading to the states in September.

Yes it has before, and keep in mind that you may not be able to track the whole flight, as it depends on the technology being used by the site (whether its using a local to feed ADSB data or ACARS data)

Its pretty hard to track most pacific flights as there are not to many locals along the flight path!
