Interesting...few more I came across:

AC 1: YYZ-NRT

AA1: JFK-LAX

BA1: LCY-SNN-JFK

EY1: AUH-FRA

LO1: WAW-ORD

LH1: HAM-FRA

TK1: IST-JFK

VS1: LHR-EWR
 
These ones are interesting as they don't originate in the home port (or even home country)

DL1: LHR-JFK-SJU
JL1: SFO-HND

BA1: LCY-SNN-JFK

Of course, that used to be the Concorde from LHR-JFK. An A318 isn't quite the same...

BA1 is still the flagship route though. All J class, leaves London City (so good for executives), and of course gets pre-clearance in Shannon ... so no long immigration queues in the U.S.
