Hi all, thought it was time to introduce myself after enjoying all the membership benefits here for a while now.
I fly regularly for work & pleasure (mainly within Australia) & fly only with Qantas.
I have yet to try Virgin as I have honestly never had a bad fight or experience with QF over 30 years of flying with them.
Recently I flew with Jetstar (my first ever low cost carrier flight) to Singapore for a holiday and was pleasantly surprised with their service after hearing many horror stories about them?
My only complaint was, I ordered a comfort pack online only to be told on board that someone forgot to pack them?
As there were no complimentary blankets it was a chilly 5hr flight, lesson learnt!
