Just wanted to check if anyone is aware of Fiji Airways providing complimentary transit hotel for transits beyond a certain time?

I ask on behalf of a relative who is flying from Melbourne to Toronto (via Nadi and Los Angeles) and has a 12 hour transit in Nadi.

Appreciate any advice or help given!
