Has anyone else's FB balance kept going up, and you have had FB - VFF points auto transfer turned on, and the transfer is not happening again.
This is all from shopping at Coles and its liaison stores.
In the past, for about a year and a bit, auto transfer seems to be having moments where they don't seem to go across automatically.
In the past, 1000 FB auto transfers to 500 VFF points, but it seems that its stopped again.
Am sitting on 1600 FB points, and nothing has gone across to VFF for a few days.
Not really that keen on contacting FB as they seem now to be "palming off" reasons for not issuing points, ie, when FB points have not transferred after a FB travel hotel booking, and the hotel had been stayed at, 6 months after the trip, and still no FB points from that.

Yeah very annoying atm. Dont waste your time contacting anyone, it will sort it selfout eventually. When my points get ‘stuck’ usually my next purchase ‘helps’ to transfer what i have banked (probably just some minor confirmation bias as this happened in the past). But this time around it seems to not be the case

Worse still for myself.
Auto transfer got turned off and I can't get it turned on again.
FB and VFF acknowledge but suggest each other to fix it so in a stalemate

Yeah, the auto-transfer doesn't work for me either. Periodically, I set it up again. It does the one transfer and then the points start accumulating again.

Thanks all.
Hopefully it (the points) will sit in FB and not go into the "abyss"!
If its still there, I will use it for $10 off, and see what happens the next time I reach 1000 FB points.

Late to reply, sorry, ...
But in the end, they did the transfer.
Seems now that it takes them longer.
Prior/in earlier times, as soon as I reach 1000 FB points, they get transferred ASAP stat.
Now they seem to sit in my FB account for longer, before the transaction acknowledges the transfer across.
