Hi there,
looking for help interpreting these fare rules:
I went to cancel online (prior to departure) and was given two options, a refund or a flight credit. Am I correct in thinking that in both cases I will receive a refund, less $400, either credited back in cash or to the original PNR to be used as a voucher (I wouldn't mind keeping the PNR...)?
I think I'm just confused by the reissue fee, not sure where that comes into play?
Thanks for your help!
