Does anyone know an easy way to find out the rules for a particular fare basis code?

I have the code, just need the rules.

If you're talking QF Domestic, then their Domestic Fare Structure Chart will be of assistance.

For all fares, try Travelocity - put in a dummy booking and it will show all the fares and then click on their rules.

This information was contained in the Ultimate Qantas Guide (I suppose it helps that I know where to look  )

Travelocity will probably only have published fare rules ex-Aus as it's accessing GDS fares for this market. Domestic is generally pretty straightforward but international can be hugely complicated. Per Dave, best thing is to provide the details and the rules can be found for you.
