I've seen jockey Chris Munce a couple of times & didn't realise how tiny he is - guess it goes with the turf!

Why is it that a lot of jockeys pair up with 6 foot Glamazon girls?

My cousin is a jockey and his wife and daughters tower over him.

I think it is the money and if your good enough the lifestyle of living overseas and making huge money and the first class travel!!!!

Tony Abbott was in BNE airport yesterday around 2:30pm. I only saw the back of him as he was walking to wards security downstairs, but there were a lot of whispers around the NGCI area ;)

I'm on a bit of a politician spotting streak this year. That's Bob Hawke, John Howard and Tony Abbott so far.

Glamazon girls always want to stick to money, sad fact of life

Sat behind Will Anderson the other week BNE-SYD J. He was in his tracksuit pants and thongs, isn't there some kind of law about going out in public like that?

What were they saying? "There goes the mad monk?" :p

I don't know what it is about some people in the entertainment industry - you almost wonder if they are scared someone will call them elitist if they were to dress nicely. I just think it comes down to laziness & that they can't be bothered to look respectable because if would require effort. He probably slept in what he was wearing

He may have regretted if the slide was the point of exit on that particular flight

Yes isnt it just!

I couldn't imagine Our elder statesman carrying on like that.

Depends on your definition of Elder Statesman but one Mr G Whitlam put on a huge hissy fit many years ago because I had the audacity to be sitting in "His" seat, 1A. He demanded I be moved. My response was to sod off, my money, my seat....

That would have been my reply as well :D :D :D

I was on a flight out of Edinburgh with Will a couple of years back, he was wearing old jeans and thongs.

Got bumped from our 1A & 1B seats (SYD-BNE) a couple of days ago by General Peter Cosgrove and his assistant - do not know why when we were moved to 1J & 1K.

April 2011 - The woman from Packed to the Rafters on the way to NZ; in the USA, we had Tracey Morgan from 30 Rock sitting behind us, then Gene Simmons from Kiss on the next leg. All on one trip!
Recently, from Singapore to Sydney, Dean Olding - concert master of the Sydney Symphony - plus Jimmy Barnes and wife, both on same flight which was some nice synchonicity.

According to a friend who was a former TN/QF shorthaul F/A, Gough & Margaret refused to go into the (then) TAA Flight Deck Club & instead just wait at the boarding gate amongst the people, or at least be seen to be doing so. I think the adjective she used to describe them may have been 'communists'.

If you're going to pretend you're a man of the people, the charade shouldn't end once you step onboard the aircraft by way of the hissy fit about 1A???

Now then Muzfly, are you quite sure that this wasn't a case of mistaken identity? :p
