Seemed pretty approachable - said hi to anybody he encountered, and set up camp on a crew seat in the galley and had long chats with the crew.
That's an odd thing to do! I'm all for the CEO engaging with his workforce on the ground, but not while they're busily preparing meals for J pax and no doubt already stressing about being critiqued by their boss.

I was a nurse in a previous life and I recalled the nurse manager (who was really quite nice) doing some shifts on the floor in the busy emergency department. We were all so stressed that I'm sure there's never been so many drug errors and missed cannulas. :)

Just saw the USA president Trump cavalcade 1 km heading to Orly in Paris after I just arriving in Orly and was in a cab heading to St Germaine.
He watched the military parade at Champes De elessay. for Bastille day before going back to Airforce One

Then just passed a convoy of military with Patriot missiles just after teh Presidential convoy

Welcome to Paris

Gday

And getting into a stoush with a Sydney FC fan after melbourne victory lost to the mighty Sydney FC in the A league grand final a few months back. What a loser.

Pele.

And a total grub when he eats the food. Deplorable eating habits. Revolting to watch.

Had the infamous Akbar Al Baker on a Qatar Airways 777 flight recently... he was in the front row of business class (not 1A, though), and excused himself to the coughpit for takeoff and landing.

Seemed pretty approachable - said hi to anybody he encountered, and set up camp on a crew seat in the galley and had long chats with the crew....!

If we were flies on the wall one might surmise that the discussion did not cover employment conditions for QR staff (Qatar Airways not Queensland Rail, that is...)

"Infamous" is an accurate description. No fly list for me!
