I see no mention of Ansett or Will in your post so how can you say they are clearly attributed to them. They are not, they are attributed to me. As per below.



Princess Fiona has indicated the quote system is borked but your post seems to refute that so I'll take up your suggestion and report it to get it fixed. Thanks for your non understanding. It really wasn't a big deal before.

From what I can see there is an issue with the attributions using the app. What I am seeing is the attributions appear to be correct in the full version and incomplete on the app.

If people have an issue with these things can they simply report the issues rather than having a public brawl. The fixes are on most occasions are quite simple.

Before Christmas I had an interesting chat with a very long term friend (44 years) in the MEL J lounge. Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston former Chief of Defence and now Chair of the ANZAC Centenary Advisory Board.

He was surprised how happy I am in retirement and I was surprised how happy he is at still working mega hard.

A lot of people including myself had actually tipped him to be the next GG but obviously that did not eventuate.

A bit O/T but there would be nothing wrong with him as GG. However, I read a comment on Cosgrove's appointment: "There is little to complain about; but there isn't much to get excited about either". Probably something similar if Houston had got it. Maybe Houston agreeing to head-up the previous government's panel on asylum seekers didn't help his position for an Abbott GG. Who will ever know for sure.
