If i family pool to my spouse, will DL and VX SCs pool to her for flight within the domestic US?

They certainly will - assuming all fares are in earning classes etc etc. Anything that would post to your account posts to your spouse.

My only personal experience is with NZ flights, but pooling definitely worked as advertised.

Have done it via Mrs 777 on DL. Worked fine. No prob at all.
