Hi there,

My family and I are staying at Fairmont Singapore in a couple weeks and hubby is a member.... low tier still. Approx 12k points
We’ve been booked into a deluxe king, and wanted to get thoughts on room type best for our infant. There are 4 of us (2 ad, 1 ch, 1 inf).
We’ve stayed before in exec level however with kids no use this time.
Are there any benefits to being a member we can utilise while there? Upgrade? Laundry?
We’ve been given breakfast thankfully so happy about that.

Also any recommendations on transfers?
We are staying 6 nights so would like to make most of stay and membership.

Thanks In Advance

We stayed at the Fairmont Singapore this week in a deluxe king (one of the refurbed rooms) as an Accor Plus Silver member.

Benefits were:
- "Premium" (I think that's the term) wifi
- Free loan gym clothes for each day for the member only (breathable top, shorts and socks - you're allowed to keep the socks)
- Welcome drinks

Unfortunately, no upgrade (although we were staying during the public holiday weekend with National Day and Hari Raya Haji so the hotel may have been extra booked), and we didn't use the laundry - that wasn't a member benefit that was explained to us.

For transfers, I would just use a Grabcar (I think they bought out Uber in SG) - they appear to offer booster seats for a $2 surcharge per ride. GrabCar Singapore – Private Hire Car Service | Grab SG
You should be able to buy prepaid Grab vouchers for 10-15% off through different means. One way is to download the Zipster app and have a play around (I'm not necessarily promoting Zipster, it is just a new app that I am aware of). Zipster also supports other rideshare in Singapore too.
