F Lounge - Syd or Mel?

OK, I've put the kibosh on that plan:

10.3 Guests in international Qantas Club lounges must be accompanied by the Member and must be travelling with the Member that day. Guests in Australian domestic Qantas Club lounges must be accompanied by the Member but need not be travelling.

So would it be worth it to fly JQ Syd-Mel on an international tag service and then QF home to try out the F lounge in Syd?

FLounge only for Int Dep, not Int Arrivals, sorry

In theory I suppose he could guest me if he too had a JQ29 ticket, but that's a dumb waste of money, the F lounge is good, but not that good.

Just the domestic Business lounge I'm afraid. F only for international runs.
