F lounge spa closed!

Got to the MEL F lounge at 3:30 on Wed only for mrsOpusman to find the spa was closed! I assume it shut once QF9 boarded - is this a new thing? Seems a bit poor they can't keep the spa open as long as the lounge is.

Luckily some bolle helped calm her down

This has been the case since QF29 became a morning departure. Before that the spa used to close for a couple of hours after QF9 took off the re-open.

In summer I would expect the spa to be open later in line with QF9 departing after 4pm.

Serfty: that's correct, according to AusBT "At the Melbourne first class lounge, the first treatment is at 7.30am and the last treatment is 2.20pm, although in October this will shift to 9.30am-4pm"
