I applied on the 12th ( and resent it yesterday) to which I got the Promotion over email... Which I forwarded my original email to Etihad Guest Enquiries..
Usually I wouldn't bother but considering I applied initially in the timeframe, may as well try...

I did the same and my email was rejected by the main etihad guest email! guess they must be getting a lot of traffic over the cr@p handling of the promo.

i resent it to yalyousuf@etihad.ae (MD of Etihad Guest) and it didnt bounce back :)
 
Anyone with a new account, that applied during the promotion, had a reply yet whether yay or nay?

When I applied last year it took ages for the pack to turn up in the mail, so long that I assumed I wasn't successful...
 
My QF SG expires end of this month and I was hopeful of getting this and then double dipping on to the air berlin one but looks like will have missed that boat!

When will I get my new Etihad Guest Gold Card?

As we are in the process of redesigning our Etihad Guest cards, your new Etihad Guest Gold card will be sent to you on or before 31 May 2015. We’ll email you again to confirm when your new card has been successfully dispatched.

In the meantime, if you are planning to travel before your new card arrives, simply print out a copy of this email (which is valid until 31 May 2015) and present it at the airport to enjoy all the benefits exclusive to your Gold membership.

Just checked my Eithad account and it has been upgraded to Gold. No email as yet. Used my Aegean Gold card to apply. Sent the application on 2 March and nothing heard inbetween - assumed it was lost.
 
And as a non member I've had no reply. Emailed normal help desk two days ago and no reply to that either.

Normal email line was hopeless, emailed them and they just directed me to the status match email twice which seemed to be unmanned..

Just became Gold, no email. Matched United Platinum which I got from status challenge with no activity for 8 months lol. Sent email on Mar 2.

I received my membership by email today.

I never followed it up, so those who havent done so, can possibly relax.
