Yes I'll take any of those seats over any Y, W or even most J seats, that's for sure!

Looks like I am a bit late in this one (but I'll put my 2c in anyway )... I think the seat facing forward is preferable (on all modes of transport)... but of course a suite is better than any class no matter which way you are facing... (just like a seat on a train is better than standing)... and I agree that it's not an issue on a plane when it's cruising.. to me it's only a significant influence on take off and landing (and in that case you cannot sit on the other side..)..
Having said that... Bring on my suite experience I say.. don't care which airline, which direction or which destination!!
