Qantas is giving an extra 20,000 bonus points to anyone that hasn't had a Qantas points-earning credit card in the past 12 months, registers for this promo, and applies for a credit card that earns Qantas points by 4 January 2021.

Good offer. Always worth signing up "just incase" even if you don't completely meet the T&Cs.

It worked for me - I activated the offer prior to applying to an unrelated ANZ card offer that was not displayed on the Qantas credit cards points website.
Got 20.000 points the next day my ANZ transaction posted.

Happy with the outcome.
