ExperFlyer beta program - April 2025

On a flight I'm tracking, shows as J9 for availability and a full seat map. Uselss. Have sent a message. I'm month to month and will cancel. Should get a refund actually.

I heard back from them and sent them some screenshots for comparison. Will give them a bit longer before cancelling.

It seems they are working on it at the moment:

Update:
  • We are working on the QF seat map issue that some of you have reported where we are showing blocked seats as occupied. Our target is to have a solution in place before EOW.
  • We are also finishing up the work to show missing Flight Availability results on some routes. ETA is EOD tomorrow.
  • Currently investigating the 404 and the 500 errors reported.

Yes. Last night the seat maps aren't now available. I'm canceling. I'm only using it for one flight in September.
