I have 2000 QF sitting in the app that haven't been sent to QF yet, They are from a Big W promo. Why are they stuck there?

Is it's converted to $10 and stopped, it sometimes helps to change your earning preference away from Qantas them change it back.

Boosters galore for me this week - 1700 points for $320+ spend over 1 or more shops (laughable given I missed the last one and the required spend amount was way lower), 600 points for $15+ on skincare, sunscreen and cosmetics, 200 for $10+ on pantry items, and 600 points for $30+ on freezer products.
