Everyday rewards points not posted

Hi All,

Normally without fail my Everyday rewards points always post on a Thursday.
Last week on Thursday on EDR site it says 300 points transferred to Frequent Flyer, however they never reached my QFF account as yet.

Anyone else not get their points from end of last week?

Sure - I stopped worrying about posting so much as in the past it seemed for me there was no pattern - they posted when they posted.


Anyway, looking at SWMBO's account (who scans their card far more often than I) it does seem a regular weekly situation.

Yes - something strange going on with my EDR account as well. No points posted into QFF since 15th Oct yet.

Bit of background info - I had been going away from the QFF ecosystem anyway but still had and used a HSBC WOW EDR credit card for several years (with direct sweep to QFF), then I heard about the upcoming Macquarie takeover and rise in annual fee, so I bit the bullet and cancelled the credit card last week. As I have a modest QFF point balance and am looking at burning them off in the future I realised that I needed to use my Woolworths Everyday Reward number to just tick over a few EDR points so not caught out in the whole expiring QFF point dramas that some people have posted here.

I thought I would be smart and use the old cancelled EDR barcode on the back of the old WOW EDR Credit Card and also still use the original orange EDR stand alone EDR card - note - both barcodes are the same number. But shopping trips to Woolworths Supermarkets and Big W have not produced any EDR points since Mid Oct (or any that have swept into QFF balance yet).

I can forsee some messy migration issues here, will make modest stop to WOW scan a few different cards and then make a few phone calls and see whats going on.

You're not alone. I'm missing a couple hundred points as well.

Yeah - its not even that many points that concern me - I am just trying to keep the points alive, and not expire - the last thing I want to do is allow QFF points to expire from the inactivity test. At least I still have the family transfer option to mrs eastwest101 if we see stuff disappearing into the HSBC/Macquarie Bank "black hole" in the future.

Just a heads up to other people as well - I had to argue some transactions on the old WOW HSBC card that got carried through into the Macquarie Bank transition so it looks like both HSBC and Macquarie Bank both tried to get bite of the same cherry there. I had Direct Debit set up with HSBC but am still investigating if I have been double charged or not. Just a heads up to other to keep an eye on their statements. :rolleyes:

There seem to be some issue when I log into the everyday reward website. For one thing, the fuel voucher usage has not been updated for maybe a week.

I only have a total's points earned, where do i see the weekly breakdowns?

Aside from Saturday November 1, I haven't made any purchases over $30 so I can't confirm whether the missing transferred points is a problem for all members or just for some members. My fuel voucher from the purchase on Saturday is showing in the account but the transaction isn't in my statement listing. This is unusual as I'm used to these base points showing up on my account two days after the transaction. I have two lots of bonus points riding on this order and I need it to show up so I can chase the bonus points if they don't turn up on time.

All of my points have credited except for 2000 bonus points for an online shop in late September. I logged into my account today and used the live chat function to follow them up. Apparently they will now credit in the next 7 days.

The base points from my online transaction finally posted so hopefully the bonus points will post soon.

Good course of action - I tracked down a few missing points for supermarket spend on the 3rd Nov (from Wooloworths EDR card) that hit my QFF points balance on the 8th Nov. I didn't have to chase them up - they did appear so may have been a little slower than usual but points appear to be posting fine (for me anyway). Not seeing too much action on this thread so presumably most peoples points are posting alright.

My transaction/points history part of EDR site is not showing me my points breakdown for the last few days or so.. Tried different browsers and computers no difference.

This is the issue I have still. Have tried chrome, firefox and safari - no points history showing on EDR website. Need to check to follow up the final week of a $30 gift card offer and also a missing 1000 bonus points. Base points do however, seem to be arriving in my QFF account.

My fuel vouchers are listing and the transaction in question seems to have gained a voucher - Woolworths - Burton is hopefully online shopping.

Same issue here, I can see the fuel vouchers break down but not the points so not sure if all my points are posting. I assume they are since I'm still getting a weekly dump of points.
