My friend was just on an Etihad flight back to Sydney and posted this online... can't really believe they'd have this in the info brochure... has anyone every seen it before?

Thanks for this. I did notice the 10% tip instruction - perhaps they should read the Tipping in Australia Thread for some other points of view.;)

It’s in the business class amenity kit. Each one is themed with a destination in the network and lists a few things from places to eat/drink to local sayings. With a fairly lame attempt to be ‘street’ or ‘hip’...

Out of 6 amenity kits all we got were Sao Paolo and Melbourne repeats...
 
Begs the question what should airlines put in the information advice when landing in the middle east.
 
Yeh I just thought it was quite interesting. And also wondered who got the job to do the translations and approved the content.
