Well this is... a bit bizarre. Etihad Guest is running raffle promotions where you can redeem small amounts of Etihad Guest miles for raffle tickets to win one of 10 specific prizes.
For example, you can spend 100 miles on a raffle ticket to win a Coles $50 gift card. This particular raffle is only open to Australian residents, but others are also available to other nationalities.
There are different bidding periods for each of the rewards that are currently on offer.

These competitions are not open to NSW residents, for some reason.
