I signed up for erewards to see if I could earn some AA points.

I have 100% of profile status.

I get an email daily saying hey there are surveys available but when I log in it says no surveys available.

@Denali I did a quick search and I think you might be using them.

Does anyone have any comments or suggestions. IMG_2107.PNGIMG_2108.PNGIMG_2109.PNGIMG_2110.PNG

Just tested. Turn off the VPN. Works in Australian ISP.
I didn't have the VPN on previously and didn't work so tried it again without VPN and able to log in but still no surveys

Aussie because I want AA points - can I do Aussie erewards and put towards AA Points
Yes! I was just a bit confused when you said you set your VPN to the usa… thought you might have been logging on to the US version.

Otherwise I suggest getting in contact with them. I had the same issue as you so dropped them a line. They responded within 24 hours to say it looked like I had been trying to log in while overseas (which was correct).

While it seems like you have a different problem, I was really impressed by their customer service!

SYD+1 had this problem. Took a few messages to reset it back to Oz surveys.

Never try and use it OS (unless on an Oz VPN) because it can get a bit muddled.

I have seen it also (email arrives but not surveys when clicking through - usually there’s about 10), but it sorted itself out for me after a few days.

Seems a but clunky.

I gave up on the initial sign up process. Tried again today and it said my email is already registered. Followed the prompts to request a new password, but still have not received any emails from today or prior. Nothing in my junk inbox either. Strange. Sad.
