Qantas Wine latest offering

I received a 'how was Qantas' feedback email this morning.
"Your opinions and experiences are vital to the ongoing improvement of the Qantas Wine service.
As a valued customer who recently interacted with us, your feedback via this short survey will be invaluable."

I advised that I was not happy with the delay in points posting, and that I was reading other reports of this happening, including shipping problems, even wine not turning up and that problem not being resolved promptly or at all.

I wonder if QF even read negative feedback?

Just got this email and it will be if interest to some (not me, as I buy points from QF Wine and get some wines thrown in ;) :D )...

The gin is still available on my screen.
Picked up the mixed red pack + Modern Australian gin (Retails for $85) and used a $25 Bday voucher.
Not bad all up.

Thanks swimmingtoad, I had forgotton I had a Bday voucher. Gin still available here and order placed.

I wonder if QF even read negative feedback?

Well, it seems they do.

I received an email this afternoon advising that the points (20K) will be credited, "shortly".

Also attached was a copy of the T & Cs, pointing out points can take up to 6 weeks to credit.(Highlighted)

This I did know. I really did.

I did try and point out that the previous policy of promptly posting points was an impressive and powerful reason to use epiQure.

I hope Qantas Wine can get back to their previous benchmarks.

The Partnership Manager included her email, phone number and a request to advise her when the points post.

A prompt and good CS pickup.

Ordered the red pack with the gin at about 1pm. Australia post says its being delivered tomorrow. Not a bad effort!

I just called them as wine delivered....points NOT.
Was told due to a backlog of Christmas orders, points are slow to be posted. They are hoping to catchup in the next week.
Agree it was a strong selling tool - the turn around in getting points posted, and made this comment to her.
Now to watch & wait.......

I just called them as wine delivered....points NOT ….

Just received my pack in the mail.
Wrong gin included …

Not good.

When I decided to order the white pack, plus James Boag, I wasn't sure if I should have gone a bit more upscale instead of beer. However, both arrived today, as ordered. So maybe I made the right decision. Also, points posted the day after ordering.

Wow, must be me.

Still waiting here for the 23 December points.

Absolutly no sign either of the red pack/gin points .

O well......

I got an email today to check in and rate qantas wine. I made a note on how points haven't been posted from my order on 31/12.
I got an email from the manager advising the well known 6 week period and that my bonus points should be coming through my account this week. Whilst I already knew this, I appreciated the email from the manager who left her email and mobile details if anything further was needed.

EDIT: 6 hours after the email, just saw the points posted into my account. So keep a look into your accounts! :)
