On my activity statement, all the Qantas and Jetstar Jetflex flights have a ~ symbol against the status credits. The footnote says
~ Eligible flight (Qantas, QantasLink or Jetstar segment) counted towards status attain/retain.
But the flights on other OneWorld airlines (Cathay, British, Dragonair) do not show the ~ symbol, even though they do show a number of status credits earned, and these status credits appear to be reflected in the calculated number of SC required to attain platinum
.
As I am in the verge of first attaining platinum, I am quite keen to know whether the other airline SCs are really going to count!
Can anyone advise on this? I can't find it in past threads - apologies if it's there somewhere.
