EK Business Class and QFF earning - worth it? Alternatives?

Am flying EK from BRU to BKK in biz class (one way). Am QF LTG (+ TG Star Gold) but am nothing and nowhere on EK. The earning rates of QF points on EK are horrible. But what else can I do? I am nothing on EK. I do a lot of flying (out of BKK). 150-200k kms a year. But most of it is within the region (JP, CN, SG, KR) with a trip home to Sydney (which very soon has no EK option). I do some long haul. Once a year to the US, once a year to Europe. But if I switched that long haul to EK I might put my TG status at risk.

So what do you think. How do I make the most out the miles on a EK business trip? Just accept that a low return on QF points is all I get? Or should I make a push to get something with EK? Any other ideas

Can buy points to to top up and good redemption chart on QF & CX (shame about the drop in availability)

Agreed, crediting to Alaska Airlines is a no-brainer here.
