EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

I had to call EDR to chase the 2000 points from the online shop. They could see I did the purchase but for some the offer was not activated...
I know I activated the offer but just annoying I have waste my time and their time to get my points.

My triple points have just posted from the end of last year. I just hope the targeted offers start flowing in again. I don't have any current offers on any of the accounts at the moment. It was very annoying. Today I had to make a $65 transaction at Woolworths to take up some of their current specials and I didn't have any offers. The only extra discount I could use was the Wish cards bought at 5% off.

5% isn't too bad for a regular discount but frustrating when I compare it to Coles/Flybuys. If I make a $60 transaction at Coles, I usually have at least 5% and sometimes even 15% discount from points offers and the previous high value fuel vouchers.

It would appear the 2,000 points have credited for my dad and brother. I cannot check mums account online so will wait for the Qantas statement.

I got the points. Strange as they gave it too me in 4 x 500 point lots.

I suspect that with only 4c disc on offer people may gravitate back to their local butcher/greengrocer for a better quality product.
Mum and dad wont change their shopping habits too much. They have been shopping at Woolworths for a long time. They still buy a lot of the fruit and vegetables from local greengrocer and some of the meat from local butcher.

The QFF points have been a big bonus.

WOW! 500 points for $30 spend sounds pretty good to me. Maybe the offers are starting to slowly filter through again.

Mr Natalie received an offer for cleaning products. He says it was "spend a certain amount and get some bonus points". Perhaps I'll ask him again in the morning :)

I received an offer on pet insurance - don't have a pet, so didn't read the detail, but appeared to be a $25 Wish Card if I took out pet insurance  Tell 'em they're dreaming !!

A BWS offer would be more welcome, but I don't think I will get any other offer this week.

Would have thought that was easily targeted by purchase record (unless you enjoy Dog food)
