My meat bonus points have posted. My first bonus points since September 2012. I'm very happy. Hopefully the Big W bonus points will post later in the week.

They do it to drive us crazy...because they can.

My EDR account is now showing my 250 bonus points for meat (dated 4/1) but it has not yet hit my QFF account.

Yes meat bonus now in, but still awaiting double points from December.
Sent an email but now they want scanned dockets and of course they got thrown away in the great Christmas cleanup!
I have the receipt on the credit card but presume that will not be enough proof.

Well, we did two shops (or, more accurately, split the bill) to get the 30c/$200 offer. But only one of them is showing up on the account now. And still as an 8c offer. I'll give them the 7 days. Anyone else had the 30c offer in their account yet?

MrsDeKa's 250 points for $35 meat spend from the Australia Day long weekend didn't come through. Sent an email through the EDR site today, and had a reply about a "technical error" a few hours later. Points are now credited.

So an email is the way. Because I didn't get mine either.

I provided feedback to WW about the fuel offers about 6 weeks ago and it has definitely changed things.... Now I get no offers at all!

Oh no!I just did a survey after my first Woollies shop in ages.told them their fuel offers to me are ordinary and beaten by Coles.that I have given up shopping at Woollies because I get no bonus point offers and that they keep insisting Tasmania is not part of Australia.They will probably want my EDR card back.:shock:

Still no meat bonus points. I am trying to find out if mum has kept the receipt. More than likely not.

I hate loyalty programs such as Everyday Rewards tricking people into spending money on certain promotions and dump all the responsibility on the person to ensure they receive their reward.

So I received a promotion to spend $25 on meat and receive 250 bonus points. I then spent $150+ at Woolworths including $25 on meat and no bonus points. Is it my fault points have not posted? Again how difficult is it to implement a system where transactions do not go missing?

Received an email rsponse for this , they have no knowledge of even offering me any Australia day reward, so as I fortunatly kept the email , I have tried to copy it and send it to them . I think I need to call them
