I signed up for the Westpac Platinum Earth card in 2008 to take advantage of the bonus points and 3 points for $1 spend on the amex.
When I received the initial advertisment with my QFF statement in June 08, I seem to recall it offered 30,000 bonus points for the platinum card, if 3 transactions were completed by end Dec 08. I now note that I have only received 20,000 points and upon questioning was told that the offer for the bonus points was never this high... and unless I can produce the add I am out of luck.
Have I mixed this up with another card offer, or am I missing out on 10,000 points? Does anyone keep the QFF advertising by chance?
Could someone set me straight please? Thank you kindly.
