Earning Qantas Points on Jetstar

Hnmmmmm so my flight got cancelled and I was offloaded to a domestic terminal flight. I am still waiting for the points and scs to get credited. However, the boarding pass says business max and I was in 1B for my SYD to MEL sector. Let's see what happens....

Not sure if you can claim ORC from JQ.
Did they move you back from SYD T1 to SYD T2, or did you have to make your own way back?

Good morning everyone

Just to let you all know, I have just logged into my QFF account. The flight auto tracked as J with the correct amount of Qantas points and status credits. Much to my shock as well.... remember years ago when anything JQ would come up as 0..... Anyways I earnt 1400 Qantas points and 40 Status credits. Thanks to all that contributed to this thread.

Just one more q, OP, seeing you had your JQi BP, meaning that you had gone to SYD T1 to check in, provided your photo id, and had the BP, then they cancelled?
So, just in case in future if my stars align, and JQ do bring back the JQi (we can only dream what happens post Corona), what did they do transport wise to get you back from T1 to T2 at SYD?
Did you have to make your own way back, or did they bring you all back by bus from outside T1 to T2?
I do realise they can't put you into the secure zone at T3 that QF uses.

Hi - I was told that my flight was cancelled a few days prior to travel. The pre check in wasn't available. I received an email advising my flight was cancelled but no alternative flights were available so 1 hour on the phone to JQ to get it sorted. I wasn't transiting through SYD as I flew up a few days before.
