As a public service warning, that 10x points only works once so make sure you buy all $100 at once if you go down that path
Ah cough! I went to two servos to buy the Favourites as neither had enough stock.

The wording on the website is ambiguous though. On the one hand it says "Earn 10x points when you buy any participating shop item (Smith Minis 90-150g varieties, Cadbury Favourites 265g, Dare 750ml) in-store in a single transaction..." while the fine print says "Score 10X bonus points when you buy any Smith Minis 90-150g varieties, Cadbury Favourites 265g, Dare 750ml (subject to availability) and scan a registered BP Rewards card in the same transaction..." (no mention of single transactions, and the offer hasn't disappeared from the app which usually happens when I redeem one-off bonus offers). I shall contact customer service if problems do arise.

At any rate, this will provide me with several weeks of contributions to the communal chocolate bowl at work so not all is lost.

And if it does stick, and Binge and travel insurance come through, then when combined with flights already booked, I'll only need to scrape together 68 SCs to requalify for SG. Green tier and a MEL-SYD trip for the footy ought to do it.

That works!

I'm aiming for 70 for the 110 SC's available - I'm not going to chase the insurance or utilities as I don't need either, but should hit the other 70 reasonably easily.

Phew! All points credited correctly, and I was even credited with an extra 200 points from a bonus offer that had expired earlier in the week so happy with that.

So the $100 spend at BP on the 10x products can be across multiple shops.

Binge $19 and also got 1050 points. No Hoyts in Tasmania!

The Qantas relationship ends 30 November
This all worked fine! Signed up to Kayo - go the points within a day - cancelled subscription - 10SC hit my account this morning - thanks for the Tip -as its not really clear you can do this on the Qantas Promo

Hm, didn't work for me. Maybe BP IT works as well as Qantas IT.

I think the fact I got an extra 200 points does point to some dodgy IT.

However, the key thing IME is whether the offer disappears a few minutes after scanning my QFF card. That usually indicates a single use offer. (I have had points not credit correctly using the BP card, so perhaps that may have been the issue? I always use my QFF card now.)

At any rate, if you got no points, this points to a problem with your card scanning, while 1x points justifies an email to BP customer service IMO, as there was nothing indicating the offer was single use.

Decided to jump in and get four boxes of favourites (and 360 points) just to increase the likelihood of reaching 1000 BP points by the end of December. Should get there reasonably comfortably now.

I tried to stack the 200 BP points offer, 6c/L discount (accept/cancel at the register), and 10x shopping (no Favourites, so I bought an iced coffee), but only received the 200 bonus and normal fuel points. I've written to BP and have my fingers crossed for a compensation bonus!

Anyone have any suggestions for the cheapest ways to earn SC on my remaining amounts?

The first time I tried to use the 10x points, it gave me 3x points instead which was a different offer active at the same time (which was annoying, because I was going to use the 3x points for fuel another time but it "used" the offer for my iced coffee). The T&C said the highest offer applies so I complained and got comped 100 points.

The second time I bought something, it triggered the 10x points

The third time I bought something, it gave normal points but not 10x
