I did exactly what you said Ewing and got a plain text eticket with no PDF attachment once again. Oh well.


Weird. It's been giving me PDFs for at least 6 months. Maybe there's some conditions in which it doesn't work.

It even worked on my Amex free flight and gave me what I presume was the internal charge to Amex.

I believe it depends on certain attributes of a booking, including where it was ticketed originally.

If you are just interested in updated segment and cost information together with a tax breakdown then (being subtle here) consider another Amadeus user from a desert region (use ticket) who is not a member of oneworld.

I think we're all assuming QF booked and ticketed...

Said certain Amadeus user doesn't let you reissue the PDF?
 
in my case its a oneworld booking engine ticket with Qantas as the first flight and therefore I assume on a Qantas ticket...Rang the platinum line this morning and said an email was sent and I should get it in 10 minutes...that was 30 minutes ago !!!:)
