When reading through I did note "proactively recommend enhancements" :shock:

On the plus side, putting a AFF or FT regular in charge would at least allow them to predict the expected results of any enhancement.

Of course OW might regard it as putting the fox in charge of the chicken coop

AC employed an FT regular in some kind of yield management role.
