Still waiting for normal flights to post let alone DSC ones. They sure fluffed it.
I think that's a very accurate description! I had a two leg domestic flight, booked and paid for during the promotion period. One leg has posted the normal SC's, nothing for the other and definitely no DSC's. Annoying, as it leaves me 10 SC's short of a bonus.
Still, they say patience is a virtue. If it's true, flying with Qantas should make saints of us all.

I’ve finally had my SCs posted from earlier last week putting me over the bonus threshold but no email and no area on the site to select my bonus!

Both yesterday's and this evenigs flight have already posted to my account. I'm not going to claim double SCs on these flights as my year ends 31 May and I'm 30SCs short and I don't want to stuff around waiting for the 6-8 weeks.

Status run next week.

These flights were taken on D Day! Still not showing.

So from what I have read; only one formal knock-back for a manual claim - but plenty of examples of manual DSCs being credited.

If so, that knock-back looks like an outlier.

Went to redeem a voucher today and, unlike every time before, the frequent flyer number wasn't automatically filled in. I wonder whether it was just a once-off glitch, or signals a wider change (post IT upgrade) to how they're processing vouchers?

Has happened to me many times over the years. I suspect it's a recurring glitch they have never bothered to fix.

Is anyone able to confirm if the bonus SC under this DSC promotion is still being counted towards your Loyalty Bonus?

Were you logged in at the time?

Remember the default is to not have Pax/FF details inserted into GV's when they are piurchased. Even if one purchases a GV and designates themselves as the recipient, it's just a name field and the GV can be redeemed by anyone and when they redeem the pax details are filled in then.

Another option is that perhaps your browser's autofill was changed somehow.

It's never been filled in for me unless I've been logged in when doing the voucher redemption with me as the pax.

just some thoughts.

I just think there are a lot of untrained staff working in the call centres.

I phoned the QFF service centre, 2 days ago regarding missing DSC from a flight taken 1 month ago.
The call centre employee needed all the details of the flight in question, not just the date, but the PNR and FF number.
Whereas when the call was answered in Australia, I never had to find this info, the call centre employee could tap into the flight in question instantly, without going around in circles.

It took me 30 minutes on the phone and to be put on hold there times to be told I need to wait a full 8 weeks until the QFF service centre will manually adjust missing SC’s.

The outsourced call centre is an absolute disaster, and it pains me to say so as a Rusted on Loyal QF customer. :(

So I'm SG sitting at 1360 status credits, waiting on 40 of a total 80 sc's earned from a return flight taken 21st-25th march to come through (7 ish weeks ago) to go platinum.
Does anyone know how I'd go ringing up and requesting I be made platinum now, given that I'm just waiting on the delayed status credits to come through?

I played call centre bingo tonight chasing DSC's from a four sector trip where the first sector posted T+2, but the remaining three are missing.

I'd waited the 6 weeks stated in the T&Cs (plus an additional week while the IT issues went on).

I gave the CSA the requested details - all sectors were domestic. After a short hold she came back and advised the PNR showed us as a trip from London to Washington.o_O I've never even flown to Washington!

She then mentioned the IT woes are not resolved and they're getting lots of calls for missing DSCs.

Long story short: "The DSCs will be credited to your account in three to five days."

When I asked for a SRN in case I need to follow up she instead she gave me her employee number.

On the plus side she said "will be credited".

My level of confidence is low, but she clearly confirmed they will credit. Here's hoping I don't have to make them pull the tape.

Worked for me, but only because I had upcoming flights for which I wanted to use the benefits. Details here: Double Status Credits (book by 5/2/18, fly 12/2/18 to 20/1/19)
