I'm QF Silver, haven't received the DSC offer (like others, never have) I've been holding off making bookings I need to in hope of a DSC offer. As I have a BNE-SYD-SIN JASA already booked, a DSC offer would get me over the Gold line. I guess we all live in hope (and that Red Roo may read this :) )

Red Roo is reading this and has fingers crossed for you. :)

But if already booked then that booking won't count to DSC

If you have booked but not to ticketed but not yet paid for, when does the DSC kick in.

Hi Bundy Bear, thank you for reply. What I was implying was if I received a DSC offer now it would get me over the line for Gold with the new bookings I need to make plus my existing JASA at standard SC earn rate.

Think this round of double SC's are done and dusted, maybe next time for some, me I'm of to NZ for mine next weekend.

Guess I've gotta get back on the phone for my double points from the 1st May. Sigh. Only 15 points, but is needed to get me requalified for gold by end May!

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I received the original offer when it came out. However, as I already had enough flights organised to requalify as SG, I haven't taken it up (although I may duck down to Tassie for a weekend to see family). Hope that QF don't think that I don't appreciate the offer. Last year, used it to requalify at SG after having to cancel 2 long-haul trips due to health issues.

My DSC posted next day and flights after 3pm have posted 3 days after that on both sets of flights

My first lot posted 2 days (on a Wednesday) after the base SCs. Base SCs for a partner flight posted on 9th (a Thursday) haven't yet had DSCs posted yet.

Its been said elsewhere on this thread that the DSCs usually post on a Tuesday or Wednesday - so hang on a bit and see.

I wonder if a physical person at QFF needs to check off on DSC before they post, or is it all computer generated on a specific day of the week. Some of my flights have posted, some haven't.

7May (PER-MEL) QF pts posted on 7May, DSC posted on 9May
7May (MEL-CNS) QF pts posted on 7May, DSC posted on 9May
8May (CNS-MEL) QF pts posted on 8May, DSC posted on 13May
8May (MEL-PER) QF pts posted on 9May, DSC have not posted yet!

What's the longest anyone had to wait for DSC to post?

Similar thing happened to me last time, and I had about 6 flights. Had to go match up to find the missing one, and made a claim for it via email.
