No doubt there is something wrong.......though getting someone to recognise it and take action inside the six weeks might take more patience than I have at present!

At least by this time next week they wont have the excuse not to look as it will be outside the six weeks.

Or I might feel like an argument later today and call up, just for the hell of it.

Felt like an argument ..........On hold now.......told to wait six weeks.

Jumped up and down as I need to know WHY they have not credited.

If there is some issue that I am NOT going to get the DSC's I will cancel my forward bookings of JASA's and purchase Y's.

And.....told to bugger off (nicely) and wait six weeks, though they confirmed I am eligible. No reason available.

Looks like another call will be needed next Monday (which will be six weeks + 1 day)

so now that the DSCs are coming through, how quickly are they posting for recent flights? I flew today, when can I expect them to show up ? This will tip me over to WP so kinda keen to be just done with it

So it seems quite clear now that QF hadn't properly implemented this DSC promo in their IT systems but now that they have people are getting them within a couple of days as it was on previous targetted promos.

Feel sorry for you. My DSC posted within 14 days from my late December flights. I hope that they don't delay the next DSC offer.

Yes...offer was accepted and have had this confirmed by QFF Service Centre. They just cant give an explanation, nor have they called me back with an answer as promised.

So a big thanks to Qantas for this DSC promo. All DSC bonus points have now posted for early Dec travel.

As I suspected the problem with some of my DSCs not posting was related to bookings made on 1 Dec Sydney time before the Qantas system GMT clock ticked over to 1 Dec. Quick email to the FF service team and all fixed in 24 hrs. Great response.

One more DSC flight this month which will neatly requal my WP only 2 months into 'my year'. Do I shoot for P1 ? I don't know, maybe if QF did a targeted DSC *hint*hint* or if I could secure a few more clients outside the BNE/SYD/MEL milk runs !

I would think that since QF cancelled your flight that was booked within the qualifying period they should let you rebook and give you DSC.

My last 1.5 x SC flight has credited, so now onto my DSC flights I thought. Then when checking my bookings, realised I had done the bookings (Vouchers) but not actioned them into flights
