Double Award Points Offer on Mastercard

How do you know if bonus pts were paid ? Far as I can tell the only way is to manually add up Amex and MC spend, accounting for bonus partners separatly and compare with the statement details. Is there another, simpler way ?

Yes. My statement had a separate line entry "Bonus points earned - MasterCard" at the top of p2 of the statement, where "Points earned - MasterCard" and "Points earned - AMEX" are usually listed. Tis was in my statement for period 29 Jan to 26 Feb, which is the first one after the promo period.

I thought the amount of bonus was light, so I did a manual add-up and found the discrepancy.

Has everyone got the points already or is anyone still waiting? I know the dates for credit are between 30 April 2015 but it seems like some people here have already recieved their poitns?

I just got the points a few days ago when my march statement issued this month.

Everyone should have received a statement by now, with the end date after the end of the promo, and which should have had the points on it. They are clearly labelled as Mastercard double/bonus points.

But as we know getting points from organisations in a timely fashion is rarely easy.

I'd be phoning CBA cards if wasn't on your last statement. They may simply flick you through to Commonwealth Awards.

Received an email this morning from CBA informing me of how many bonus points will be awarded and that they will appear in my next statement.

Got that e-mail too ... not withstanding they were on the statement that arrived a couple of weeks ago.
