Neither Karachi or Seoul accept credit card payments offline

QF009 has current Phillipines experience (believe they are good and accept offline credit cards). I used CX Colmbo in 2006 (very simple)

I see you have South Africa at 6.7k I got it from oneworld.com and xe.com to come out at 7.7k. Are you sure 6.7 is correct?

I just checked Ukraine, up from USD $6500 to $7400 now for a DONE4 but still not bad value really. F jumped dramaticly !

The ZAR has also strengthened a lot against the AUD in the last week or 2.

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to the best position after accounting for positioning flight costs?

Of course, one could always use an award to get to and from the starting position. +++ still comes into the equation (or, of course, that can be "paid off" with points too?)

Mind you, I wonder how to get to some of these countries on OW awards (Zimbabwe?? Sounds pricy...)

I would have thought NRT would be ceapest, allowing for positioning costs, assuming you fly JQ to get there. If you want to fly J class, then I would have thought that an ODU will definitely make it the cheapest departure point.

Other big benefit will also be reduction in price from a DONE4 to a DONE3 (assuming you return to AU the same way you got to NRT)

I found that DPS is pretty good. JQ fly there from SYD, PER, MEL.
