Does QF put you up for overnight transits?

I recently flew J on MH from HKG to PER via KUL. The overnight stay in KUL was at the Pan Pacific at KLIA at MH's expense. I had to go the the MH office on Hong Kong Island to get the voucher. I think because I had booked online. It all worked very well, we breakfasted at the MH Lounge.

Got a free hotel stay (4 star), for a 8 or 10 hour transit back in 2004. SYD-ICN-LHR, Y, Korean Air.
Possibly. One of the golfers at my local golf club travels back to Glasgow twice a year and has used Korean a few times. He thinks they are fairly good for the price paid.
