Is it? I checked my email yesterday and it said book before the 13th. I took that to mean it finished yesterday.
.
The T&C's indicate today is fine, no issue.
Guess I have a different interpretation of "between" and before. Will be interesting to find out the answer, if someone tries it.
While I don't disagree, two things in favour of the last day being today:
1) between can be interpreted as being inclusive of the two ends
2) from a marketing perspective, one would not normally state a date the day after an offer ends.
My guess is that it's just a bit of looseness with the way it was worded and anything booked today should be fine.
(I could be proved wrong of course!)
I called the Velocity Platinum line earlier today and was advised that their understanding was that before was operational, and flights booked after 0000 AEST on 13 November would not count.
Take that for what you will.
oooh. that doesn't sound promising. I had better rethink this.
I should probably state for the record, that I don't know, or really care, what the answer is or which interpretation is correct.

I'm interested more from an academic point of view. I just think from a marketing perspective it would be silly to mention the 13th, if you meant the last day was the 12th.

I had to book a couple of QF sectors today regardless, because the VA fares were WAY up there on BNe-CBR,
