Discussion Dogs, Pups, K 9’s and man’s best friend in general [with Pictures]

The ruler of our world became very unwell at 2am yesterday morning and at 6am we went up to the local vet hospital
Two things to note
Dog had had his annual wellness check 5 days earlier , passed with flying colours
Dog had major dental work booked for 8 days after well check
Dog decided didn't like dental idea so is currently in hospital for the second night after last night was spent ICU
One of the possible causes is acute pancreatitis. (?)
Please note about 18 months ago
Dog had his wellness check at vet hospital, passed with flying colours
Dog had major dental work schedule for shortly after that
Dog did second cruciate ligament four days later
Yes major dental work is yet to happen . Dog had had health issues
However truly grateful to our local vet hospital liasing with the dentist hospital to sort out what we can organise with the dental work is needed

Ha, forgot about this cool thread!
From the original pic 3 years ago, Peppa (white) sadly lost her sister Indi about a year ago to a sudden illness, both aged 10.
We have recently introduced Peppa’s great great niece, little Ruby, to the household and she has certainly livened things up. Peppa warming to Ruby, although a little aloof and too cool for school. Ruby is unperturbed and follows her like a shadow 🐶 🐶

Ruler of our world had a large mass removed from his mouth . Grade two cancer. Though once again he is just like poppy lol (husband ) who had his MRIs last week as well .
The ruler is 16 in a few weeks so we have taken the decision to not have his lower jaw removed and have palliative care, though from going through information it does appear age is likely to get him more so than the cancer
Once again dog has amazing veterinary dentist and specialist services.
Mind you the pocket book is a tad empty and like most here every single cent spent is worth it

Oh my gosh just found this thread.
We lost our beautiful golden retriever a few years ago, such a big part of our family, we were so heartbroken.
I love all the gorgeous photos. Dogs have the most beautiful soulful eyes.
