Hi there,

It seems that different fares result in different Status Credits.

On a recent flight from MEL to SYD I purchased a Fully Flexible fare and earned 20 status credits. This week I purchased a Super Saver and earned 10 credit points.

Does anyone know which fares earn what Status Credits?

My understanding is that for domestic travel, Y, B, H and K fares earn full status credits while any other economy fare earns discount status credits (half that of full economy). Internationally only Y fares earn full status credits - everything else is discount economy.

THis is correct. For domestic flights Fully Flexible (Y) and Flexi Saver fares (B,H,K as per Alan in CBR) qualify for the full economy status credits. Super Saver and Red e-Deal qualify for half the SC's

Indeed, Alan in CBR and ozmark are correct.

Until 24 May 2005, Status credits are determined using the 5 zone table. From 25 May 2005, Status credits will be determined using the 10 zone table.
