Or if you know anything about it, do you get 3 points per $1 spent on everything you pay for when you first start off? Do you get $3 points per $1 spent for what you pay every month?
Thanks :D :p :)

Optus Mobile
3 points per $1 spent on access fees and call charges when you connect to a new Optus Mobile plan*

It's as simple as 1,2,3.
Step 1. Call Optus on 1300 558 765 and quote code WAQ.
Step 2. Choose the phone, plan and gift+ that's right for you. Eligible plans start from A$29* a month and there's a great range of mobiles to choose from.
Step 3. Give the Optus representative your Qantas Frequent Flyer number.
Your new mobile will be delivered to your door free of charge, then you'll automatically start earning 3 points per eligible A$1 spent on your Optus Mobile!*
Some of the benefits of Optus Mobile:
  • 'MyTime'^ - Available on selected Optus plans, you get free 5 minute calls to 5 nominated family and friends who also have their home phone or mobile with Optus, 24 x 7.
  • SIM Backup# - You'll never lose your contacts, even if you lose your phone.
  • No need to change your mobile number - you'll get to keep your existing number when you make the switch to Optus.
* Offer only valid for Qantas Frequent Flyer members who connect between 23 August 2006 and 31 July 2007 to a new Optus 'yes' 29 or above GSM plan for 24 months with a minimum monthly access fee of A$29 (minimum total cost over 24 months is A$696. Qantas Frequent Flyer points are earned on access fees and call usage once you activate your SIM card. Qantas Frequent Flyer points may take up to 8 weeks to appear on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Monthly included value, mobile, equipment and third party charges do not earn points. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Optus credit approved customers only. Early cancellation fees apply.
^ Choose 'MyTime' (on eligible Optus plans), register 5 nominated Optus GSM Mobile or Optus Fixed Line service numbers and receive free 5 minute voice calls to your five nominated numbers. Optus FairGo Policy applies, up to 1000 minutes per month.
# SIM Backup: Service only available to Optus customers. When overseas SMS charges will apply if you update contacts on your SIM card.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
