DFW Lounge Options

Been about a year since I was through DFW. is the lounge still the coughpy outsourced OW lounge that it was 12 months ago? Imagine it's well overcrowded now that QF are flying the 380 there. Is it possible / worth looking at the Emirates or even AA lounge as an alternative for a WP?
 
J/gold/sapphire now use club 5 in that nest (the largest of the 5 clubs). F/platinum/emerald use club 3. Prior to the A380 taking over the DFW route, if I remember correctly it was club 4 (same size as club 3) being used for QF8.
 
Yes it was room 4 in the early days ...

Note that the rooms are connecting and doors/movable walls can be repositioned to join one or more rooms together, allowing for larger spaces.

Walked into the OW lounge, walked straight out. While no food option, I always use the AA lounge - at that time it is near empty, always a spare shower, good drink options with the coupons you get from the AAngels.
