Delta Refund on Overcharge

Hi Guys

Wondering if anyone has had drama's getting a refund from Delta.

I purchased a bunch of economy select seats for a few domestic flights in US and checked my statement and they have overcharged USD $96 for 4 sectors.

It has been 2 weeks and today they advise minimum 1 month out to 2 months to be processed.

Are my expectations to high here ? :shock:

If anywhere else that over charged didn't give an immediate refund especially of less than $100 it would be easily dealt with with a complaint to management. But airlines, well they just take as long as they like because management doesn't actually care enough to make improvements in refund processing.

1 month maybe, but 2 months not good enough.
