Delay in bonus points posting from Coles Express

This may have been answered elsewhere, but is there a reason for the delay in bonus points posting from Coles Express?
I have been waiting on bonus points for 6 weeks. The baseline points seem to post within a day or two, but not the bonus points.
 
It's an ongoing problem, but we haven't had an explanation for it.

I was quite surprised recently when some bonus points for Coles Express actually turned up in my account 4 weeks after the offer without me having to chase things up.

There have been many times when Coles express offers just haven't turned up at all.

If it's been 6 weeks it's worth checking up directly with Flybuys.
 
I called flybuys several days ago with this exact question and was told it generally takes 4 weeks from the end of the promotion. Apparently the same goes for First Choice Liquor promotions.

Thanks rainbowgirl I have been trying to avoid that. Any tips on the easiest way to do it? I have kept the receipts.

Bonus offers such as these post 4 weeks after the end of the promotion.

If you chase flybuys up, they will tell you to wait until that 4 week period as they will generally post right.

Sorry to hear this. If you leave your details in a private message we'll follow up. Bonus points for Coles Express, Kmart, Target, Liquorland and First Choice Liquor are normally credited within four weeks of the end of the relevant promotion, so you should have received these by now.

Like I said the relevant waiting period is 4 weeks from the end of the promotion period, not the transaction date

No not at all - these questions are fairly common on the Flybuys Facebook group that I am on.

I was caught out recently. I followed up on missing bonus points but they posted on the same day I called which was 28 days after transaction. The order the bonus points posted was confusing which is why I missed them.

We're rectifying this on our website shortly, so that points are shown in order of their processing date rather than the transaction date. Unfortunately at present they will sometimes appear a fair way down the list for this reason, which results in a number of member queries for points that have actually been credited. The new flybuys app shows it in the preferred order.

Thanks for looking at this issue. I've had to look up and down the transaction list looking for bonus points posted.
