We are heading to Bali, Indonesia, in a month's time. The threads here have confusing and conflicting information, and I wanted to consolidate everything I need to do beforehand into a single post here:
1. Electronic Visa On Arrival (EVOA) at least 2 days before: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
2. Health pass form within 3 days of travel: SSHP
3. Customs declaration within 3 days of arrival: Indonesian Customs Declaration (e-CD)
4. Tourist Levy for Bali, paid here: https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/home
