David Jones AMEX card question

Hi everyone, i am currently enrolled in the David Jones Membership Rewards program, and i would like to swap to the QF FF earnng program instead. Do i have to call AMEX to get this done, or can i do it online ?

Don't believe there's an online option.

You'll have to call in. There's quite a few stories about it not being possible to get a card converted anymore and that a new application is required, but give it a try anyway and let us know how you go.

Should be fine to do, I have done myself and was advised by agent that need to start from zero before the conversion, for example if i had 20k DJ points they would require me to redeem before changing me to QFF and vice versa
