Langtons purchase was Dec 2025 and "estimated payable" is currently June 2026!

It takes a while to become payable however it tracks very quickly. I used it for years and had no issues.

Had a Langtons Topcb from Feb pay in April. Another in April says it'll be 14 weeks...
